Mr. Multani brings a rare and powerful combination of real-world trucking industry experience and legal expertise to every case he handles. Before becoming a licensed paralegal and a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Mr. Multani worked extensively within the trucking industry, gaining hands-on experience in dispatch operations, safety management, and regulatory compliance.

This background gives him a deep, practical understanding of how traffic charges, CVOR records, demerit points, CVOR points, and CVOR ratings directly impact trucking businesses, drivers, and operators. He understands that a single conviction can affect insurance, audits, contracts, and the ability to operate—and he builds his legal strategy with those realities in mind.

Mr. Multani is the Director of Garry Multani Paralegal Services Professional Corporation and proudly serves clients across Ontario. In the past, he has assisted numerous trucking companies in improving their CVOR ratings and successfully navigating MTO and DOT audits. Today, he uses that same in-depth compliance knowledge to defend clients in the Ontario Court of Justice for traffic and regulatory offences. The results speak for themselves.
